We are currently hiring a part time Security Guard to support our client a global pharmaceutical and health services technology leader at their Mississauga location. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in corporate security with a strong background in identity and access management. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential to succeed in this fast-paced professional environment.

Position Overview:
Location: Mississauga ON
Shift: Saturday 7:30AM-3:30PM and Sunday 5:30AM-2:30PM
Payrate: $19.50/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform access control provision duties verify and issue visitor badges and employee badges.
- Escort medical staff including paramedics police and firefighters when required.
- Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
- Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.
- Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
- Perform foot patrols inside and outside the building on multiple floors.
- Tech savvy working on multiple systems.
- Assist client employees with inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- Excellent knowledge of computers.
- Minimum 1 years of security experience preferably in a corporate or concierge environment
- Hands-on experience with access control systems and CCTV surveillance
- Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and deliver outstanding customer service
- Flexible availability to work various shifts based on business needs
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced professional setting
