Reporting to the S/Sgt i/c Integrated Offender Management & Support Section this Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties:
- Compose and type memoranda forms letters police occurrences reports and responses to a variety of enquiries.
- Prepare agendas take minutes at meetings provide correspondence and prepare follow-up reports and other meeting-related duties.
- Answer phone calls update calendars and schedule for the Support S/Sgt and Inspector.
- Provide support and manage CARM for the Diversion and Desistance Branch.
- Enter Annual Vacation for Squads.
- Complete Transfers/loans memos.
- Schedule and plan events including catering when necessary.
- Draft Employee Recognitions and Awards.
- Code classify and file material into confidential filing systems including Branch and personnel files.
- Provide back-up coverage for other administrative staff.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems diary date systems tracking sheets as required email lists and Branch member lists create and maintain
