We are looking for adynamicand highlymotivatedAdministrative Assistant to join ourReginateamand handle key administrative functions ensuring everythingis runningsmoothly behind the scenes.

Whatyoullbring to the team
  • 3 years experience in an administrativerole. Experience in a professional services environmentisa bonus.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (specificallyOutlook Word Excel).
  • Sharp attention to detail and a knack for keeping multiple deadlines on track.
  • Professionalism initiative and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship builder whos energized by working with peopleand excited about delivering tailored support by understanding the unique needs of our team and clients.A positive attitude.

Howyoullsupport our professional team
  • Play an integral role in supporting staff with day-to-day tasks that improve efficiency accuracy and client service.
  • Manage client assemblies including corporate year-end packages and T1/T4/T5 package preparation and filing.
  • Providefurther supportby managing shared email inboxes being the primary contact for building and parking issues preparing client correspondence and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Step in to provide reception coverage as neededmaintaininga polished client-focused experience at the front desk and on the phones.
