Agile Functional Analyst (Mid-Level)

We are seeking to hire Agile Functional Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our Professional Services team to work in hybrid mode in Athens Central and become part of our success story.

What youll do:

On Requirements:

• Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as but not limited to epics user stories and backlogs.
• Specify and validate requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software systems and processes.
• Negotiate trade-offs that are acceptable to key stakeholders and within budgetary technical regulatory constraints.
• Establishes requirements baselines or backlogs obtains appropriate agreement to requirements and ensures traceability to source.

On Business Modelling:

• Produces models for straightforward business scenarios with clear boundaries selecting suitable techniques to meet assigned objectives.
• Engages with subject matter experts to ensure models are accurate and meet business requirements.
• Applies established techniques to meet objectives modelling business processes roles and data.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to address issues and ensure models provide clarity and insight.
• Tests models and makes improvements as needed ensuring accuracy and relevance to the business context.

On Business Situations:

• Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements.
• Investigate business situations where there are some complexity and ambiguity.
• Engage and collaborate with key operational stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• At least5 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in large-scale organization.
• At least 3 years of professional experience on business analysis and requirements management (life cycle analysis and design) preferable on energy sector.

The following will be considered as a plus:

• Familiarity with tools including ServiceNow Confluence Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong comprehension and expertise in enterprise applications related to information flows within extensive organizations and regulated settings.
