What impact you will have
Youll be responsible for designing developing and validating electrical systems that power and control our DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) products. This includes working on power distribution control logic sensors and system integration to ensure our cooling solutions are safe efficient and production-ready.
What youll do
- Design and develop electrical and control systems for DLC hardware including power delivery sensor networks and communication interfaces.
- Create PCB schematics wiring harnesses and electrical layouts for prototypes and production units.
- Integrate electrical and control subsystems with mechanical thermal and fluid systems.
- Develop and execute electrical validation reliability and safety tests.
- Support system bring-up troubleshooting and design optimization during prototype and pilot builds.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (UL CE IEC etc.) and internal quality/safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical firmware manufacturing and thermal engineering).
- Work with suppliers and fabrication partners to specify components and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Contribute to documentation including schematics BOMs and test reports.
What youll need
- Bachelors (or higher) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in electrical system or PCB design preferably for industrial server or data center hardware.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage power systems grounding and protection circuits.
- Experience with PCB CAD tools (e.g. Altium KiCad OrCAD) and electrical design documentation.
- Hands-on experience with sensors control logic and signal conditioning.
- Ability to design and troubleshoot circuits using lab tools (oscilloscopes multimeters power analyzers etc.).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C SPI Modbus CAN RS485 etc.).
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
