What youll do
- Lead service at the passtiming quality communication.
- Own prep systems mise en place and station standards.
- Train new team members; lead sharp efficient briefings.
- Support stock/ordering control waste watch costs.
- Keep HACCP/food safety spotless; ace audits.
- Pre-opening: equipment checks recipe cards menu run-throughs.
