Job Summary

This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional with 12 months experience in iGaming support (casino) and KYC who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As a Customer Support Agent for the Swedish Market you will be the first point of contact for players assisting with daily queries.

The role offers a salary of 26-28K depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming queries in Swedish and Englishvia email and live chat
  • Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities promotions and technical issues
  • Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform KYC document checks
  • Work closely with AML and RG teams
  • Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 12 months experience in iGaming support
  • Native or near-native Swedish with excellent written communication
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Experience working with the SGA
  • Understanding of basic KYC procedures
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Customer-first mindset responsible and reliable
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

About the role

  • Salary of 26-28K depending on experience
  • Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts)
  • Office-based in Sliema Malta
  • Fun company events

Note: iGaming experience and native-level Swedish are non-negotiable for this role.
