Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries in Swedish and Englishvia email and live chat
- Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities promotions and technical issues
- Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Perform KYC document checks
- Work closely with AML and RG teams
- Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- 12 months experience in iGaming support
- Native or near-native Swedish with excellent written communication
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Experience working with the SGA
- Understanding of basic KYC procedures
- Strong computer literacy
- Customer-first mindset responsible and reliable
- Good communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
- Salary of 26-28K depending on experience
- Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts)
- Office-based in Sliema Malta
