We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to support a high-performing sales team for an industry leader in advanced AI this role you will drive team success through coaching operational support and data-informed decision-making while helping expand the customer base. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing strong sales talent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring strong day-to-day execution.
- Provide ongoing operational support and guidance to help team members meet performance expectations.
- Collaborate closely with other program leaders to share best practices and resolve challenges.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to reinforce performance standards and team alignment.
- Review team processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective action plans.
- Use data and reporting tools to identify trends performance gaps and best practices presenting insights through weekly reporting and formal business reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement across team and program performance.
- Perform additional relevant duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience leading a sales team or providing coaching and mentorship within a sales environment.
- Strong verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships manage conflict and lead by example.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated success in developing low performers to reach targets.
- Ability to interpret data and reporting trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Adaptable and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
