Overseeing all aspects of site maintenance security and health & safety
Managing and supervising a team of caretakers and cleaners
Conducting routine inspections identifying repairs and coordinating contractors
Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining accurate documentation
Managing budgets for maintenance and site improvements
Supporting school events and daily operations
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in site or facilities management
Strong understanding of health & safety compliance and safeguarding
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Practical maintenance or trade background desirable
Salary
Paid according to experience on local government support staff scale.
