Job Summary
A high-performing 1118 school in Rugby is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic French ECT to its thriving MFL department from January 2026. Languages are highly valued here with strong uptake at GCSE and a vibrant culture of international engagement.
The Role
Youll teach French across KS3KS4 with potential KS5 exposure later in the year. The department uses an excellent structure for ECTs: clear schemes knowledge organisers model dialogues phonics routines and spaced retrieval activities.
Youll also contribute to enrichment such as language clubs cultural days and European links.
