A highly successful secondary school in Reading is seeking a Maths ECT to join their team on a full-time permanent basis from July or September 2026. The school is known for developing early career teachers exceptionally well and offers a highly structured mentoring programme.

Experience and Qualifications
PGCE with QTS (or working towards QTS) in Maths
Strong subject knowledge
A passion for teaching and learning
Ability to inspire students of all abilities
Salary
Paid to scale (M1) on a permanent contract.
