A busy secondary school is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT Technician to join their ICT Services Team in January supporting both staff and students.

About the Role
The IT Technician will support the day-to-day technical operations of the school.
Core duties include:
Providing first-line IT support to staff and students.
Managing and troubleshooting hardware software and networks.
Supporting AV equipment printers tablets and classroom technology.
Assisting with system updates backups and security checks.
Maintaining accurate IT asset records.
Requirements
Previous experience in an IT support role (education sector desirable).
Good understanding of Windows networks Office 365 and device management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
