About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks and thrives in artistic settings. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing paint clay tools canvases sketchbooks and specialist materials

  • Supporting teachers in lesson preparation and classroom setup

  • Maintaining equipment such as kilns brushes inks and photographic tools

  • Ensuring studios are kept clean organised and safe

  • Assisting with GCSE and A-Level art coursework organisation

  • Helping curate student displays and presenting work for exhibitions

  • Monitoring stock levels and managing orders

  • Supporting students during practical lessons and creative workshops

You will work closely with a supportive team who value creativity and collaborative spirit.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in Art Design Textiles Photography or related creative fields

  • Strong organisational and practical skills

  • Calm supportive and student-focused approach

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
