Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Management: Leading the site team managing daily schedules key holding and responding to operational issues across the site.
- H&S and Compliance: Full responsibility for site security fire safety and ensuring all necessary statutory and insurance checks are completed promptly.
- Maintenance Oversight: Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes and supervising external specialist contractors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (ranging from 42000 - 52000 per annum).
- Essential Requirements: Significant experience in premises or site management strong H&S knowledge and excellent team leadership skills.
