The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This role is ideal for an ECT looking to develop strong classroom management skills and experience teaching a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated Mathematics lessons that engage all students regardless of their starting point.
- Work effectively with teaching assistants and learning support staff to maximise student progress.
- Build strong positive relationships with students and parents as part of a supportive pastoral team.
- Commit to the ECT programme focusing on developing effective behaviour management and teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to the departments analysis of assessment data to inform future planning.
