Caretaker Responsibilities & Experience
Opening and securing the site
Conducting health & safety checks (fire alarms lighting alarms)
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
Managing contractors and deliveries
Maintaining grounds and external areas
Previous caretaking or site management experience preferred
