Job Summary

Ready for an exciting NEW adventure

We are offering a new position as Watchmaker at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as of February 1st or per agreement.

Tasks

Your mission:

T2 Work Assembly of the watch head
T3 Work Assembly of the bracelet
Perform intermediate quality checks: visual inspection alignment cleanliness and finishing
Handle components carefully following cleanliness standards
Use basic watchmaking tools: hand-setting tools presses inspection devices
Conduct basic functionality tests: timekeeping setting time and date basic functions
Report defects and track production progress

Requirements

Your skills:

Professional experience in a similar role
Solution-oriented independent and highly precise in your work
Resilient maintaining an overview even in busy situations
Very good knowledge of German or French
Passion for your profession flexibility and ability to work in a team
Willingness to contribute to a growing company with a builder mindset
Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure outdoor sports young & dynamic)
