5x8hr 0800-1730 Monday-Friday *Facility allows locals at the LOCAL RATE - Please let us know at time of submission if candidate is within 50 miles of the facility* No Weekends. OBGYN department at Irvine Barranca. Looking to get an MA for help to support her admin duties and back office. Scheduling right faxes scanning records in baskets disability forms supporting providers needs EDD Count etc. Requesting a temp MA who has medical terminology and knowledge to support OBGYN department Certifications: BLS Phlebotomy Must be able to capture Vital Signs: 12 Lead ECG Height/Weight Pulse Oximetry Vision testing Vital Signs - Blood Pressure Respirations Temperature Pulse Prepare for Exam: Record History/Medications/Allergies Set Up and Assist with Procedures: Biopsy Dressing Change Pap Smear Injections: Immunizations Specimen Collection: Labeling of specimens Urine - UA/Clean Catch Venipuncture Laboratory Tests: Blood Glucose via Glucometer Pregnancy Office Duties: Authorization Forms Insurance Verification Telephone Triage Professional Knowledge and Skills: Follow up phone calls Rooming Patients Suture Removal
