Job Summary
Were seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 7 years of experience in professional staffing sales. The ideal candidate is a true hunter focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market share in the Professional IT Finance and Engineering staffing space.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with mid-market and enterprise clients (Fortune 1000).
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (TA Procurement MSP leaders).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
Requirements
Requirements
- 7 years selling Professional Staffing or Managed Services (MSP/RPO/VMS).
- Proven success in new client acquisition and closing large accounts.
- Strong network within the talent ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM tools Zoom and MS Office.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Must reside in the United States
