Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of AI cloud programs including planning risk management and delivery across engineering product and operations teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions such as LLMs GenAI Azure AI and Vertex AI including prompt engineering model finetuning and integration with cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on goals manage dependencies and ensure successful outcomes.
- Implement AI-powered tools to automate workflows enhance productivity and derive insights from large-scale data.
- Define product roadmaps evaluate existing tools and identify opportunities for innovation in Cloud Native environments.
- Establish data quality standards governance frameworks and compliance protocols for AI implementations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders facilitate strategic decisions and influence without authority.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for agentic AI systems and track performance post deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management in AI/ML domain.
- Hands-on experience with AIML technologies including LLMs GenAI and cloud platforms preferably GCP
- Prior experience in productizing AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience with platforms like LangChain AutoGPT or OpenAIs agentic tools
- Strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures
- Experience with enterprise-grade AI deployments and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with data visualization tools e.g. Superset Tableau Looker
- Experience with MLOps modern DevOps practices and deployment automation
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools e.g. JIRA Confluence
- Excellent communication problem solving and stakeholder management skills
