Job Title: Power Apps Developer

Location: Charlotte NC (locals only)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing developing and deploying custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong technical expertise problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
Create workflows and automation using Power Automate.
Build and customize Power Pages and integrate with Dataverse or other data sources.
Develop reusable components and data connectors as required.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Dynamics 365 Azure SQL REST APIs and other enterprise systems.
Optimize troubleshoot and maintain existing Power Apps solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices governance and security standards.
Prepare documentation release notes and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 8 years of experience as a Power Apps Developer.
Strong expertise in Canvas Apps Model-Driven Apps Power Automate and Dataverse.
Experience with Power BI integration is a plus.
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS or Power Fx is preferred.
Experience working with SQL Server Azure SQL or other relational databases.
Strong debugging problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100 PL-200 PL-400)
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE
Experience creating custom APIs or using Azure Functions

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
