Job Title: IWMS Operator

Location: Merrimack NH 03054

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay: $22.80/hr. on W2

Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens

Shift: 1st Shift Mon to Fri 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description:

The Facility Management IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility management system.

This includes managing and maintaining accurate data generating reports and providing support to facility management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the IWMS system ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Manage and update facility data including space assets and maintenance records.
Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system.
Generate reports and provide data analysis to support facility management decisions.
Provide technical support and training to facility management teams.
Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues

Required Skills:

Basic AutoCAD proficiency
Basic REVIT proficiency a plus
Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
Experience with IWMS systems (e.g. Tririga Archibus FMX or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation facility data management facilities drafting or a related field
High school graduate

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards.
Experience in facility management or a related field o Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
Experience with IWMS systems (e.g. Tririga Archibus FMX or similar) is highly desirable
Associates or Bachelors degree in related field
