Job Summary

We are looking for MongoDB Data Engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and managing MongoDB databases building scalable data pipelines and integrating data solutions across cloud platforms.

Location : Hartford preferable or remote

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient MongoDB database architectures.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Optimize queries and aggregation pipelines for performance.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists analysts and DevOps.
Integrate MongoDB with cloud services GCP and microservices.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience working with MongoDB in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Python Spark.
Deep understanding of MongoDB schema design indexing and performance tuning.
Familiarity with data modeling encryption and access control.

Preferred Skills

MongoDB Professional Certification.
Experience with AI/ML data pipelines and time-series data.
