Network Administrator
The Network Administrator plays a key role in overseeing enterprise-wide network infrastructure. This position is responsible for strategic planning capacity management technical and functional design of systems and resolving complex issues to ensure seamless network operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Install maintain configure and monitor local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
- Administer routers switches firewalls VOIP systems-ensuring firmware OS and security updates are applied.
- Manage servers hypervisors SANs VDI environments and related systems including updates and patches.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software network issues.
- Enhance and secure network access through monitoring controls and evaluation.
- Evaluate hardware software and telecom vendor solutions and recommend purchases aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function.

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Strong technical understanding of IT and enterprise systems.
- Ability to independently handle complex issues; escalate only when necessary.
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
- Comprehensive project management understanding and ability to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of routers routing protocols switches hubs and both ethernet and fiber cabling.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Microsoft Server Virtualization DNS LDAP Directory Services and VDI technologies.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools firewall management wireless infrastructure network access management and VOIP systems.
- Proven ability to complete complex projects with limited oversight.
- Strong teamwork ethic willingness to support department-wide initiatives and a positive solution-oriented attitude.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in information technology.
- Experience with Cisco VMware Microsoft Server and Microsoft Active Directory is preferred
Compensation:
Starting pay: $60000 $90000 per year based on experience.
