Role Overview
As Chief of Staff Founders Office you will act as a strategic partner to the founders driving critical business initiatives cross-functional execution and organizational efficiency.
This role blends strategy operations and business development ensuring alignment between the companys vision and day-to-day execution. You will play a pivotal role in scaling Aurassures growth optimizing decision-making and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the founders to plan prioritize and execute strategic initiatives across business operations and partnerships.
Conduct market industry and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
Build and refine GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies enabling sales marketing and product teams to achieve key business goals.
Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build customized strategies to target engage and acquire prospects.
Deliver presentations and dashboards to customers during pitch meetings effectively communicating product value propositions and capabilities.
Lead first-level client calls and product presentations explaining offerings and contributing to deal closures during the sales process.
Oversee key internal projects ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with company priorities.
Anticipate challenges identify risks and proactively develop solutions to support smooth execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Engineering Climate or Environmental Technology (MBA preferred).
Freshers or candidates with 12 years of experience in business development consulting or strategy (experience in a startup environment is a plus).
Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Good to Have
GTM leadership experience especially if youve played a key role in launching products defining positioning or enabling sales and customer success teams.
Experience contributing to or leading Go-To-Market from strategic planning to execution across sales marketing and product.
Prior exposure to climate-tech sustainability or data-driven innovation will be an advantage.
Experience in stakeholder communication investor relations or project management within high-growth environments.
