Headsup Corporation : We are a consulting organisation specialising in partnering with MSMEs and startups to address their HR tech and design challenges. Our diverse team with backgrounds in HR psychology design content social media design and IT collaborates to provide innovative hybrid solutions. To grow these businesses we are looking for an HR Recruitment Intern.
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews skills evaluations and role fitment
Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles
Evaluate resumes applications and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
Interview Coordination:
Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and TL
Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and TL to ensure a positive recruitment experience
Negotiation and Offer Management:
Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions.
Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process.
Collaboration with Team Members:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share candidate leads insights and market knowledge.
Participate in team meetings to strategize and optimise recruitment processes.
Requirements
1. 1 month Experience in end-to-end recruitment
2. Exposure with job portals (like Naukri)
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Proactive and results-driven mindset
6. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
7. Strong organisational and time management skills
8. Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges
9. Must have own laptop and wifi connectivity
10. Open to devote around 8.5 hours on daily basis in the internship
