Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development
Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
business development or sales within advertising creative or digital media agencies. You
will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships
and driving revenue growth through strategic pitches and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Analysis
Research and analyze existing and potential clients as well as competitors to derive
actionable insights and digital strategies.
Evaluate past campaigns and identify new opportunities for business growth and
client success.
Lead Generation & Client Relationship Management
Identify qualify and generate new business leads through networking referrals and
proactive outreach.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring consistent
engagement and satisfaction.
Plan and execute a sales contact strategy including cold calling direct marketing and
meetings.
Networking & Industry Engagement
Represent Schbang at industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance
brand visibility and build strong professional connections.
Stay updated on market trends competitor movements and emerging digital
innovations.
Client Pitching & Proposal Development
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches proposals and presentations that
highlight Schbangs integrated digital marketing capabilities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams Integrated Solutions Creative Video and
Media Buying to develop tailored proposals that meet client goals.
Client Needs Assessment & Strategy Alignment
Understand client business objectives challenges and market positioning to
recommend effective digital solutions.
Stay ahead of social advertising trends and align recommendations with evolving
client needs.
Project Estimation & Coordination
Prepare accurate project estimates budgets and timelines for clients.
Coordinate with the legal and operations teams for contract formalities and smooth
onboarding processes.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Client
Servicing within advertising creative or digital media agencies.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability in sales pitching negotiation and closing deals.
Proven experience in crafting and delivering impactful presentations and client
proposals.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Confident goal-driven and capable of working both independently and
collaboratively.
