The Role: Front-End Web Developer
As a Front-End Web Developer youll be the bridge between beautiful design and seamless functionality. From building custom WordPress themes with ACF to fine-tuning performance and accessibility youll be hands-on with every pixel and interaction. This is an office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a creative collaborative environment and can own their corner of a build from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

1-2 years of hands-on front-end development experience
Build responsive accessible and fast websites using HTML CSS and JavaScript
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes (incl. child themes) and ACF-based structures
Translate mockups into production-ready code with precision and performance in mind
Optimise for SEO accessibility speed and cross-device compatibility
Debug and resolve issues across browsers and screen sizes
Collaborate with designers project managers and content teams
Stay on top of trends in UI/UX frameworks and tools

About You

1-2 years experience in front-end development (agency or in-house)
Proficient in HTML CSS JS and a JS framework (React Vue or Angular)
Comfortable with WordPress ACF and building custom themes
Familiar with PHP Python or (basic back-end understanding)
Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
Experience using Git and team-based workflows
Detail-oriented self-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments
Clear communicator and team player
Familiarity with Notion or
Bonus: Experience with Figma/Adobe XD Photoshop hosting setup SSR APIs or cloud tools (AWS/GCP)
