Kapsons customer is hiring two Junior Account Managers to support a large portfolio of church properties and commercial landscapes in the Salt Lake City region.
This role is ideal for landscape-related graduatesespecially from BYUlooking to grow into full account management positions.
Key Responsibilities
Support team in managing church and commercial accounts.
Participate in site walks inspections and quality evaluations.
Assist with proposals maintenance plans and enhancement recommendations.
Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Track work orders proposals and schedules using Aspire (training provided).
Provide timely professional communication to clients and internal teams.
Learn account management fundamentals with a path to managing your own book of business.
Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Management Horticulture or related field (BYU graduates strongly encouraged).
- Knowledge of horticulture and commercial landscape maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in account management and customer-facing work.
- Familiarity with Aspire software is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
