Purpose of the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology & Digital Products) is responsible for identifying attracting and securing top-tier digital and technical talent across Product Engineering Data AI Cloud and UX/UI domains.
This is a non-traditional HR role. It requires operating as a strategic headhunter with strong market intelligence deep understanding of digital ecosystems and the ability to proactively build talent pipelines for fast-growing digital products and national-scale tech programs.
The Specialist will work closely with Product Owners Engineering Leads Data Scientists and Senior Management to ensure staffing needs are met quickly and with high-quality candidates capable of performing in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

Events Campaigns & Employer Branding
Organize and lead hiring events tech challenges hackathons career days and digital recruitment campaigns.
Build visibility within regional tech communities through partnerships with universities accelerators and meet-ups.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to strengthen the employer brand for tech roles.
