Key Responsibilities:
- Activate the franchise brand with local youth-relevant energy
- Turn global brand direction into strong visual digital and in-store experiences
- Track fashion culture and consumer trends to keep the brand current
- Support campaigns launches and brand activations
- Work with marketing retail and franchise teams to keep the brand cohesive
Required skills and Competencies:
- Strong feel for brand fashion and youth culture
- Experience in brand marketing or retail (fashion/accessories a plus)
- Creative mindset with respect for brand rules
- Clear communication and team spirit
