Job Summary

TPF Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Accountancy Practice in Canterbury who are looking to appoint a Client Success Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Description
Our client is seeking a full-time Client Success Manager to join their newly created Growth team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of developing and strengthening existing client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction retention and revenue growth through effective cross-sell and upsell strategies.

The Role
Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) you will play a key role in driving client engagement and supporting the firms strategic ambitions. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying opportunities to broaden service usage within existing client portfolios through targeted cross-selling and upselling.

  • Creating and managing Partner-led upsell workstreams to deliver against key growth objectives.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement service-specific upsell campaigns.

  • Working alongside marketing to develop compelling client success stories and referral initiatives.

  • Supporting additional projects or responsibilities as required to contribute to the firms overall strategy.



Requirements

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management ideally within accountancy or professional services.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.

  • Excellent project management capabilities.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of professional services offerings.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and client data management.
