- You design implement and optimize IAM solutions. You configure and maintain platforms such as One Identity and Okta automate processes and ensure compliance with security guidelines and regulations.
- You make sure colleagues have secure and compliant access to systems and applications enabling them to work efficiently and helping Jumbo serve its customers optimally.
- You work in the multidisciplinary IAM team within Platform Engineering. Together you create a secure digital environment and focus on automation to make processes smarter and more efficient.
- You collaborate with Product Owners other IT teams and external vendors to integrate IAM solutions into applications cloud environments and infrastructure continuously improving security.

As a Senior IAM Engineer youll be at the forefront of designing implementing and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions that safeguard our organization. Your expertise ensures we meet the highest security standards while delivering seamless and compliant access for users across systems and applications.
You responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into robust technical IAM solutions.
- Configure maintain and enhance IAM platforms such as One Identity Okta and Entra ID / Active Directory.
- Diagnose and resolve issues at the root cause to maintain system integrity.
- Drive improvements and automation in provisioning deprovisioning and access governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM into applications cloud environments and infrastructure.

Together we ensure that our colleagues across the organization - at the headquarter in the stores and in distribution centers - all have secure and seamless access to the tools they need to do their work. Profile
- 5 yearsof experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Hands-on experience with two or more IAM platforms (One Identity Okta AD Entra ID) and willing to learn the full stack.
- Strong understanding of authentication authorization and identity lifecycle management.
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g. PowerShell SQL)
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a drive for improvement.
We offer
- A gross salary between 5.200 - 6.700 per month (based on 40 hours).
- An annual bonus of max 7.5% of your annual salary based on organizational goals.
- 30 days of paid holiday (with the opportunity to buy or sell days of paid holiday) and 8% holiday allowance.
