Main Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned
  • Communicate and handle the senior levels of the key clients to strengthen client relationship
  • Developing new accounts or services
  • Be the expert on technical matters of the team/unit (or able to seek appropriate support at cross-functional company or group level)
  • Responsible for team organizational planning and development
  • Mentoring direct reports on business development account handling projects solutions)
  • With fundamental fiscal responsibility of team and the key clients assigned
