DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the development and validation of test solutions for production and engineering hardware.
- Assist in the setup calibration and maintenance of automated and manual test systems.
- Collaborate with test engineers to assemble troubleshoot and verify test fixtures and systems.
- Execute test procedures gather data and report issues identified during the test development cycle.
- Perform failure analysis and debug on test systems and units under test (DUTs).
- Support test software loading and version control under engineering supervision.
- Maintain test equipment inventory and ensure test stations are properly configured and operational.
- Ensure adherence to test documentation procedures and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to test processes and yield enhancement.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- 25 years of experience in test development test execution or test support environment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Required Skills:
- Good understanding of electronics fundamentals and circuit behavior.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in using oscilloscopes multimeters logic analyzers and other debugging tools.
- Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g. LabVIEW Python C# ) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and measurement systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in a 12-hour shift if required.
Working Conditions:
- This role is 100% onsite in a lab or production environment.
- Requires standing and working with test equipment for extended periods.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
