Together with the Director of Food & Beverage you will lead a well-synchronized team of banqueting staff prepared to do whatever it takes to pull off a flawless event. When the guests arrive they will be pleased to find our polished appearance and dedication to exceptional service that delights in the details. You will lead the team to feel a sense of accomplishment knowing that we have impressed each guest with personalized attention.
What youll be doing
- As Assistant Private Dining & Meetings Manager you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Banquets operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while ensuring department targets are met.
- Provide effective leadership to the F&B team to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for the hotel and individual development
- Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous banquet and food & beverage outlets supervisory experience is required
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment well ask you to complete safety training and certification.
