The Opportunity

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Exam Invigilators to support the smooth delivery of examinations across our Bachelor and Master this role you will help maintain academic integrity by ensuring exams are conducted in a fair secure and well-organised environment. Working closely with the Registrar and Academic staff you will play a vital role in supporting students during one of the most important stages of their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exam Preparation: Set up examination venues distribute materials and ensure all equipment and signage are ready and functioning.
  • Supervision: Monitor exam sessions verify student identities maintain accurate attendance ensure compliance with exam rules and address disruptions according to procedures.
  • Post-Exam Duties: Collect organise and submit exam materials; report irregularities; and assist with incident documentation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace health and safety requirements and report hazards promptly.
  • Administrative & Organisational Support: Support continuous improvement initiatives complete required documentation and adhere to College policies procedures and values.

About You

  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable punctual and able to work independently under supervision
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and approachable manner
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Understanding of examination processes and procedures in a higher education setting (desirable)
  • Previous experience in an exam supervision teaching support or administrative role (desirable)
