Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Production Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a team of landscape professionals in Akron Ohio. This role ensures the efficient execution of landscaping projects while maintaining high-quality standards fostering team development and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan coordinate and oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor crew leaders and field staff fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with account managers to address client needs resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect job sites regularly to ensure adherence to quality and design standards addressing any deficiencies promptly.
• Resource Management: Manage materials equipment and staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Reporting: Track production metrics manage budgets and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in landscaping horticulture or a related field with a focus on team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interaction.
• Knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance practices including irrigation turf care and plant material.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing physical labor for extended periods.
