We are actively recruiting a physician to join our dedicated collaborative team.

Our Dynamic and Collaborative Team -you will be joining a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary team environment that is committed to providing comprehensive patient-centered care across our diverse patient population. This team includes dedicated Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians as well as experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who are integral to our operations. This diverse composition ensures a broad knowledge base and fosters a supportive environment for professional growth and continuous learning.
Location: Practice in a safe family-friendly community surrounded by the natural paradise of Lake Ontario the Adirondack Mountains and the scenic Thousand Islands.

Competitive Salary and Incentives:
- Highly competitive base salary adjusted for experience.
- wRVU production bonus beyond MGMA median.

Comprehensive Benefits Package:
- Time Off: 240 hours PTO annually (vacation sick personal time) plus eight paid holidays.
- CME: $5000 CME allowance and 40 CME hours annually.
