Responsibilities
- Detailed high-level report writing around different sustainable finance topics including clean energy debt sustainable transport sustainable sovereign debt built environment and other major impact investment themes
- Organising events project management and stakeholder management
- Supporting the African Hub Director with day to day responsibilities
- Working on multiple projects and ensuring deliverables are completed before deadlines
- Preparing presentations and documents in support of BwB advisory work
- Developing revenue and cost models transactional due diligence and structuring
- High-level research of key data points in projects
- Support the design and execution of development and climate-aligned investment solutions
- Conduct research and analysis across health education energy and agriculture sectors
- Contribute to a fast-paced team delivering on one of Africas boldest finance and development initiatives
Skills required
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Passion for sustainable development and on the role that finance can play
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn and develop professional competencies
- Able to work independently ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and satisfy deadlines set
- Proficient when it comes to report writing and managing timelines
- Team player willing to adapt to new challenges in a fast entrepreneurial environment
- Strong financial modelling skills are desirable
- Proficiency in English is required mastery of a second language is highly desirable
Qualifications :
- A recent graduate ideally with a background in Sustainable Finance Climate Change or International Development.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)

The role is fully remote home office based. Travel may be required relating to project work.
