Additional Information :
Youll bring the following:
- 7 years in facilities or property operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing CMMS platforms (Maximo SAP MyBuildings)
- Demonstrated success in leading operational teams and driving cultural change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and solutions-orientated mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
