Clinical Services Supervisor

At New Story Schools we serve students ages 521 with autism and emotional behavioral and developmental challenges. As the Clinical Services Supervisor at New Story Schools you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical programs and services that support student success and well-being. You will guide a team of clinical professionals ensuring that evidence-based practices compliance standards and individualized supports are consistently delivered. Through collaboration with educators therapists and families you will help students achieve meaningful academic social and emotional growth.

What Youll Need

• Masters degree in counseling psychology social work or a related field

• Valid Pennsylvania School Counseling K12 certificate

• Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services to children with disabilities

• Advanced knowledge of evidence-based practices in counseling and behavior intervention

• Strong leadership communication and relationship-building skills

What Youll Do

• Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality evidence-based services

• Oversee the planning and implementation of individualized clinical supports aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to promote student engagement and emotional regulation

• Provide direct counseling support and participate in IEP meetings to guide clinical planning

• Monitor service effectiveness provide staff training and maintain compliance with regulations
