Lead Production Associate 2nd Shift

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Shift: 2nd Shift  3:00 PM - 2:00 AM Monday - Thursday overtime as designated 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Safely lead the activities of team members in the production of quality products
• Guarantee and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in training and coaching of new employees
• Ensure onboarding and training requirements for new employees are met
• Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals
• Utilize problem solving techniques team building strategies and process improvement tools to meet or exceed goals and objectives
• Know and understand all operations within the assigned area
• Be approachable for employee questions and concerns at all times
• Assume production responsibilities of Team Lead in his/her absence
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Education & Experience Requirements

• Hands-on leader and role model with high integrity and positive influence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership organizational problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent track record driving employee engagement
• Computer Literate Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook Excel and Word SAP preferred
• Dedication to quality in all aspects of the job
• Bi-lingual a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to bend and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
