What youll be doing:
- Driving user adoption of AI solutions across Asset Management
- Facilitating workshops and promoting knowledge sharing within the AI community
- Coordinating activities between enablement and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Applying agile and Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and deliver measurable benefits
- Coaching champion networks and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Monitoring and reporting on value generation including adoption rates and efficiency gains
- Engaging stakeholders through communication campaigns and training sessions to build buy-in
- Listening to user needs and sharing success stories to strengthen organisational support
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong experience in agile delivery and Scrum leadership ideally as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies or processes in a complex environment
- Excellent facilitation coaching and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business process improvement
- Familiarity with change management principles and best practices
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels including senior stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as PSM I/II and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
