Job Summary
Were looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Technology Services team. This role is key to supporting governance and control within the Service Office enabling effective delivery of the Group Change Portfolio. If youre organised detail-oriented and passionate about driving successful change wed love to hear from you.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting delivery of project and portfolio processes to meet stakeholder requirements
- Maintaining accurate portfolio project and resource data within PPM tools
- Ensuring timely and high-quality reporting on status risks issues and dependencies
- Monitoring adherence to lifecycle frameworks standards and controls
- Tracking and managing financial processes including cost reporting and accruals
- Producing meeting packs and capturing actions and decisions accurately
- Identifying and sharing continuous improvement opportunities across processes
- Supporting mandate and business case submissions and approvals
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in PMO or project support roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of financial tracking and resource management
- Exposure to PPM tools such as KeyedIn or similar
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
