Job Summary
As a Cashier at Gator Grill you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing financial transactions. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Process various forms of payment including cash room charges and credit/debit cards
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurately reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling and financial policies and procedures
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
