RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet/assist customers as they arrive.
- Obtain customer information and tag vehicle accordingly
- Make customer phone calls to follow up on experience and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Service Manager/Advisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Clear and Valid Drivers License
