To ensure the business has the right talent in the right place at the right time to execute its strategy effectively. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for delivering high-quality talent within agreed timelines and budgets. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to hire while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and drive all recruitment activities within agreed parameters.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all assigned requisitions including attraction screening selection hiring and candidate engagement during notice periods.
- Oversee agency performance and relationships within the designated region to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Write and post professional compelling job advertisements to attract the right candidates.
- Provide timely clear and constructive feedback to both internal and external candidates.
- Ensure internal communications are provided regularly to promote vacancies and career opportunities.
- Coach challenge and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence hiring decisions.
- Manage all active candidate sourcing channels including employee referrals e-sourcing online and offline advertising events and agencies.
- Proactively build talent pools and pipelines to meet future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Coordinate interview scheduling including room bookings and sending accurate confirmations to candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain engagement with candidates serving notice periods to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support global recruitment projects as required.
- Assist in planning and coordinating hiring events.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives including Early Career programs.
- Ensure recruitment data quality is maintained at the highest standard within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- For Sydney/Melbourne maintain strong knowledge of the company culture and dynamics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high schools TAFE providers Universities Apprenticeship Agencies and various other external organizations to build early career and diverse talent pipelines across different regions as required
- Develop internal networks globally to identify and facilitate internal mobility of key talent
- Provide advice and reports on market conditions based on in-house sourcing activities and data gained directly from the market
- Conduct after-care check-ins with new-hires to support their onboarding understand their progress and suitability and to provide feedback to the business
- Provide inputs for talent and succession planning activities using data and knowledge of internal and external pipelines
