Job Summary

  • Coordination all stake holders like Client Architects services consultant HSSE team and all contractors and client on ground team.
  • Generating reports (weekly monthly) as client requirement
  • Design management- review and comment on design information
  • Able to conduct site and design coordination meetings ably
  • Follow up with vendor for day-to-day activities
  • Preparation and tracking schedule QAQC checklists
  • MEP installation Quality audits observations follow up and closure
  • Delivering the project as per agreed timeline and quality within budget
  • Testing Commissioning handover
  • Technical closure de-snagging transition to FM
  • Good report writing skills
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • To perform tasks relevant to MEP/ project requirement and support PM in overall project delivery. Will also able support project lead in design management tasks as necessary
  • Commercial and retail fitout airport experience.

Qualifications :

  • BE/B. Tech - Mechanical with at least 8 to 10 years experience in Fit out or airport experiences.
  • Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Diploma is acceptable. Needs to be aware of all MEP works including HVAC Electrical firefighting FAPA LV packages testing and commissioning; to be able to understand drawings for construction and able to track project.
  • Supports the PM coordination adept in technical and interpersonal skills manage delivery design reviews support the project end to end.
  • Will be client facing and support SPOC for the project
