Key Responsibilities
CRM Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the configuration customization and rollout ofSales CloudandMarketing Cloudaligned with the organizations sales and marketing objectives.
Design end-to-end CRM workflows acrossB2B sales (e.g. lubricants bulk fuel fleet sales)andB2C retail operations (loyalty convenience stores digital channels).
Implement lead management opportunity tracking and campaign automation tailored to distribution business models.
Design and deploycustomer journeys and marketing campaignsusing Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder Email Studio and Automation Studio).
Data & System Integration
Integrate Salesforce with ERP POS loyalty and payment systems to provide a single view of the customer.
Manage data models master data synchronization and ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and marketing information.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure robust data flows and API integrations across systems.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Build real-time dashboards and reports for sales performance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for both Sales and Marketing teams.
Monitor system adoption performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Governance Support & Enablement
Ensure compliance with corporate CRM governance data security and privacy standards (GDPR PDPL).
Support user onboarding training and change management initiatives to drive adoption across business units.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to CRM roadmap planning.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or Marketing Technology.
Mandatory Salesforce Certifications:
SalesforceSales Cloud Consultant
SalesforceMarketing Cloud Email SpecialistorMarketing Cloud Consultant
Preferred:Salesforce Administrator Marketing Cloud Developer or MuleSoft Integration Specialist.
Experience Requirements
47 yearsof hands-on Salesforce experience including at least2 years in Sales Cloudand2 years in Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience implementing or managing Salesforce inOil & Gas DistributionRetail Fuel orIndustrial B2Benvironments.
Deep understanding ofSales & Marketing processessuch as:
Dealer and distributor management
Fleet and corporate sales management
Retail marketing campaigns and loyalty programs
Channel and customer segmentation
Experience with data integration tools and APIs (MuleSoft Data Loader etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link CRM data to business KPIs.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable working with commercial and IT teams.
Ability to translate business processes into system functionality.
Problem-solving proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
Experience working inmatrix or consulting environmentsis an advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience
Oil & Gas (Fuel Retail Lubricants Distribution)
FMCG or Automotive Distribution (advantageous due to channel similarity)
